The University Code provides UK-focused university admissions counselling services, including but not limited to:

  • University and course selection guidance
  • Personal statement support
  • UCAS application support
  • Interview preparation
  • Admissions strategy and mentoring
  • Transition guidance for students relocating to the UK

We operate as an independent private consultancy based in Dubai, UAE.

We are not affiliated with UCAS, any UK university, or any government body.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for:

  • Students aged 16 and above
  • Parents or legal guardians acting on behalf of students

For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must engage with us and accept these Terms on the student's behalf.

4. Scope of Services

The University Code provides advisory and guidance services only.

We do not:

  • Guarantee admission to any university
  • Guarantee scholarships or financial aid
  • Complete applications on behalf of students without their involvement
  • Submit false or misleading information to any institution

All final applications remain the responsibility of the student.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we maintain high standards and strong historical outcomes, admission decisions are made solely by universities.

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

  • Offers of admission
  • Conditional or unconditional offers
  • Scholarship awards

All admissions outcomes depend on university criteria and applicant performance.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are outlined prior to engagement.

Full or staged payments may be required depending on the package selected.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to make payment will result in suspension of services.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the advisory nature of our services:

  • Once sessions have been delivered, they are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued based on admissions outcomes.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are at the sole discretion of The University Code.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Meet agreed deadlines
  • Actively participate in sessions
  • Review and approve all application materials

Failure to meet deadlines may affect application quality, and we accept no liability for missed university deadlines.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by The University Code, including:

  • Frameworks
  • Strategy documents
  • Guides
  • Website content

remain the intellectual property of The University Code.

These materials may not be:

  • Reproduced
  • Distributed
  • Shared publicly
  • Used for commercial purposes

without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential.

However, we may use anonymised success statistics or testimonials for marketing purposes unless the client expressly opts out.

11. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.
