A First-Class Economics graduate from UCL, who received offers from every university he applied to, with further academic experience at Harvard University and INSEAD Business School, Zaki combines rigorous academic training with a practical understanding of competitive admissions and career pathways. He specialises in supporting students applying for Economics, Business, Management, and Finance-related degrees, helping them position themselves effectively for highly selective courses and institutions. Over recent years, he has personally guided more than 100 students through the UCAS process, with a 98% success rate in helping candidates secure one of their top two choices.

Arsalan, Co-Founder of The University Code, is deeply committed to helping students fulfil their potential, drawing on decades of leadership experience across business and education. As the founder of the UK-registered charity Career Compass, he has supported more than 10,000 students in strengthening their educational pathways and employability prospects. Through tailored mentoring and strategic guidance, he has helped students identify their strengths, clarify their ambitions, and secure successful applications to leading UK universities. Arsalan was educated at Highgate School, one of the UK's leading independent schools, before studying Management at City, University of London. He later completed a Master's degree in Arabic at SOAS University of London, a world-leading institution for language and regional studies.

With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oxford University, he brings a deep understanding of human motivation, communication, and storytelling to every personal statement he shapes. He has also provided academic journal editing support for Arts (MDPI), refining research manuscripts for international publication.
